Arrival day · Airport
Met at Vilnius Airport and taken to your accommodation. Your flight time is planned with the pickup in mind.

Arrival day · Moving in
Keys, reading the contract together, photographing the meters and the condition of the flat.

Day 1 · The neighbourhood
Supermarket, pharmacy, bus stop, the route to campus. The day should end with you knowing where dinner comes from.

Day 2 · Connectivity
Mobile line, internet and, if needed, a transport card — so contact with your family in Türkiye is never interrupted.

Days 3-5 · Administrative steps
Guidance on the residence permit application, bank account and municipal registration, with company at appointments where needed.

First week · University
Enrolment, student card, course registration and campus orientation.

Afterwards · Follow-up
Close contact in the first weeks, then someone reachable through the semester.
