A realistic list of schools based on your grades, budget and goal, with requirements checked on official pages.

Filling in the application portal, checking the file, chasing what's missing and mapping deadlines to a calendar.

Diploma, transcript, passport, English certificate, translation and certification steps in order.
- ›04 · Accommodation search
Researching dorms and rentals, verifying listings, and viewing the place in person where possible.
- ›05 · Pre-arrival planning
Flight timing, a first-week schedule, what to pack and a budget for the first days.
After Arrival
Stage 2- ›06 · Airport pickup
Met at Vilnius Airport and taken to your accommodation.

Keys, reading the contract together, photographing and recording the condition of the flat.
- ›08 · Local orientation
Supermarket, pharmacy, campus, transport lines and the neighbourhood — walked through on day one.
- ›09 · SIM and internet
Operator options, student-friendly plans and getting the line set up.
- ›10 · Public transport setup
Student card and ticketing, and working out your home-to-campus route.
- ›11 · Administrative guidance
Residence permit, bank account and municipal registration — guidance and company at appointments.
- ›12 · University orientation
Enrolment day, student card, course registration and the first steps on campus.
- ›13 · First-semester follow-up
Close contact in the first weeks, and someone you can still reach whenever you need to.
Fees
How the service fee works
I don't publish the amount here. Scope can vary from student to student, so I can only give you an accurate figure after hearing your situation. Call or write — I share the exact amount in the free consultation.
One package
Before and after arrival are one service, not separate products. That way the arrival side — where the real value sits — never gets dropped.
Bank transfer, documented
Payment goes through a bank and is documented in return. I don't accept cash.
Scope in writing before payment
What is and isn't included, and the refund terms, are written into the agreement — you read it before paying.

- Visa and residence permit fees
- Rent and deposit
- Health insurance
- Sworn translation, notary and apostille costs
- Government fees
- Flights and transport cards
You pay these directly to the institution concerned; none of them passes through my account.
Out of scope
What I don't do
Writing this down now is better than a disappointment later.
Admission or visa guarantees
Neither university admission nor a visa or residence permit outcome can be guaranteed. Those decisions belong to the institutions.
Legal or immigration advice
I don't provide legal representation or regulated immigration advice. Where it's needed, I refer you to the right professionals.
Medical services
I don't provide medical services or act as an insurance intermediary — only guidance on registration and cover.
Third-party payments
Tuition, rent, deposits and government fees are paid directly to the relevant institution and are not part of the service fee.
