1. Data controller

Personal data submitted through this site is processed by Aydın Kırmızı, an independent consultant based in Lithuania. Contact: egitimlitvanyada@gmail.com

2. What data is processed

Through the consultation form: full name, email, phone/WhatsApp number and — where you choose to complete them — age, country, city, education level, target programme, preferred city, English level, budget range, target intake and your message.

Leaving optional fields blank does not prevent the service from being provided.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare the consultation and deliver the service. The legal basis is the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request, together with your consent.

Data is not used for marketing, not sold to third parties and not shared with advertising networks.

4. Sharing

Your data is shared with a university, accommodation provider or public authority only on your instruction and only to the extent the process requires. It is not otherwise shared with third parties.

Where the form is sent via WhatsApp or email, that provider's own privacy terms also apply.

5. Retention

Data from enquiries that do not lead to a service relationship is deleted within 12 months at the latest. Where a service relationship is established, data is retained for the statutory retention periods after the agreement ends.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing and to withdraw your consent. Send such requests to egitimlitvanyada@gmail.com; they are answered within one month at the latest.

If you are in the EU, you retain the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection supervisory authority.

7. Cookies

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Only your language preference is stored in your browser's local storage; it is never sent to a server and is removed when you clear your browser data.

8. Under 18s

Where the student is under 18, the form should be completed by a parent or guardian. Data is not collected directly from minors.
