From first call to first semester

Free consultation
About 30 minutes on your goal, your grades and your budget. Free, and it commits you to nothing.

Profile assessment & school list
We work out which programmes are realistic, with each requirement checked against official sources. If I don't think it's a fit, I say so plainly.

Service agreement & first payment
The scope is put in writing. The first payment is made here and covers all of the pre-arrival work.

Application preparation
Collecting documents, sworn translation and certification, completing application portals and tracking deadlines.

Admission process
Tracking applications, answering requests for additional documents on time, collecting the admission letter.

Accommodation & pre-arrival
Housing search and listing verification, visa and residence documents, flight timing and a first-week schedule.
07
Arrival & second payment
Moving in and settling the first day. The second payment is made at this stage.

University onboarding & admin
Enrolment, student card, course registration; guidance through residence permit, bank account and municipal registration.

Local support
Close contact in the first weeks, then availability through your first semester.

Three ground rules
Realistic expectations
Admission, visa and residence permits are never guaranteed, and I won't overstate your chances.
Limited places
I work with a limited number of students per intake. If places are full, I tell you at the start.
