Frequently asked questions

Short, honest answers. Not one of them is "I guarantee it".

How much does the service cost?

I share the current fee by phone or in the free consultation. It is paid in two equal stages: the first half on signing the agreement, the second after you arrive in Lithuania.

I don't publish the figure here because scope can vary by student; I can only give you an accurate answer after hearing your situation.

What does the service fee include?

Before arrival: university and programme guidance, application support, a document checklist, accommodation search and arrival planning.

After arrival: airport pickup, moving in, city orientation, SIM and transport setup, guidance through the residence permit, bank and registration steps, university orientation and local follow-up through the first semester.

Is university tuition included?

No. Tuition, application fees, rent, deposits, government fees, visa and residence permit fees, translation and notary costs are not included. Those are paid directly to the institution concerned.

Can you guarantee admission?

No. The admission decision belongs entirely to the university. What I do is make sure your application is complete, submitted on time and built on a realistic list of schools.

Can you guarantee a visa or residence permit?

No. Those decisions rest with the authorities. I guide you through the documents and the application steps; nobody can guarantee the outcome.

Can you help me find accommodation?

Yes. I research dorm and rental options, verify listings, deal with the landlord or agent and view the place in person where possible. The contract is made in the student's own name.

Do you pick students up at the airport?

Yes. Pickup at Vilnius Airport and transfer to your accommodation are part of the service. We plan your flight time together in advance.

Do you help after arrival?

Yes. Contact is closest in the first weeks, and after that you can still reach me directly whenever you need to. Phone and WhatsApp are always open.

Do you submit the application for me?

The application is prepared on your behalf and with your knowledge. Portal registrations, file checks and deadline tracking are mine; signatures and declarations are yours.

Which universities do you work with?

I am not an official representative or agent of any university. Working independently means I have no incentive to steer you towards a particular school. The list on this site is of universities students may consider.

Do I need to speak Lithuanian?

Not for English-taught programmes. English is widely used on campus and in daily life. That said, basic Lithuanian makes official matters and social life noticeably easier.

Can my parents contact you?

Yes. I communicate with parents in Turkish and update them at the important steps. Where the student is over 18, I follow the student's consent on sharing personal information.

What happens if I change my mind?

Cancellation and refund terms are written into the agreement and read through together before anything starts. I don't charge for work that hasn't been done.

What happens if my application is unsuccessful?

What happens next — the following intake or alternative programmes — is agreed in advance in the contract. I'd rather discuss that possibility at the start.

Why one person instead of an agency?

Because the valuable part of this service comes from being here. The limit is equally clear: I can't work with an unlimited number of students at once, and I say so when places are full.
